Reepads Tanzania is a social enterprise dedicated to providing sustainable, affordable, and reusable menstrual hygiene products to girls and women across East Africa and Beyond. We believe that access to safe and dignified menstrual care is a basic human right, one that should not be limited by economic or social barriers.

Founded with a passion for impact, our work addresses menstrual health challenges while promoting environmental responsibility and women’s empowerment. Through our innovative products and community programs, we are creating lasting change by breaking taboos, reducing waste, and supporting education and health.

Our team is made up of passionate individuals who believe in making a difference from grassroots educators and product designers to logistics coordinators and outreach partners. We are women-led, community-focused, and proudly Tanzanian. Every member of our team plays a critical role in advancing menstrual equity, sustainability, and education across the country.
